Artisanal Scottish salmon smoked to perfection using the recipe & methods passed down by my father, Jack. Our Scottish salmon from the Faroe Islands is the preferred salmon used by many sushi chefs.  Scottish Salmon is the biggest and fatties salmon that never disappoints.
