It all started over 20 years ago, with my father Jack, who made entertaining family & friends a labor of love. Whatever the holiday, or occasion, he always curated the best appetizer spreads - and the true star of these parties has always been his famous smoked salmon. One bite will remind you that life is an experience meant to be savored. Now, my family and I are on a mission to spread his passion for hospitality and commitment to quality with you.
