Hi, my name is William and I am passionate about smoked salmon and excited to share my food with you. Entertaining friends and family with cooking has always been a labor of love for my family. This is especially true for my father, Jack. Whether it is Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Birthdays or a perfect fall football game my dad always curates the best appetizer spreads that rival any 5 star restaurant.
