Smokin' Jack's smoked salmon is prepared in small batches and limited quantities to ensure perfection. Long developed and tested methods passed down by my father, Jack, guarantees the taste is unlike any smoked salmon you've had before. Perfection is not taken lightly when we carefully hand craft our smoked salmon.
Smokin' Jack's smoked salmon is a work-of-art made of high quality ingredients requiring elaborate and expert preparation. Over 20 years in the making the Smokin' Jack's recipe has been meticulously prepared.
I embarked on this journey with the mission to be a passionate purveyor of my father Jack's smoked salmon recipe and to produce extraordinary smoked salmon. Smokin' Jack's is the product of many years of listening, watching, learning and cooking with my father. It is not without the support of my family and many friends that Smokin' Jack's is here today.
We currently offer local delivery in Dallas, Texas and surrounding areas.
