What is Included? 

Tenderloin will weigh about 3.5 lbs and include an 8 oz Horseradish Sauce 

Side of Salmon will weigh about 3 lbs and include an 8 oz Dill Sauce 

Storing Instructions

Upon receipt of tenderloin and salmon, place in fridge and will be ready to eat right out of the fridge for Easter!  Only prep work is cutting and plating.

How to Serve?

Cut Tenderloin in thin slices perfect for Hors d'oeuvres or cut thicker slices to serve as an entree.  Can also serve with rolls for sandwiches.

Side of salmon will just require a platter and a fork for serving.  Serve with crackers or sliced cucumbers for a healthy option.
