Easter Beef Tenderloin smoked to medium rare using the recipe & methods passed down by my father, Jack.
What is Included?
Tenderloin will weigh about 3-3.5 lbs and 8 oz Horseradish Sauce
Storing Instructions
Upon receipt of tenderloin, place in fridge if you are going to enjoy by expiration date or place in freezer if saving for a later date.
The beef can be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months or enjoyed by storing in fridge until expiration date.
Thawing ‐ The tenderloin will thaw under refrigeration in 24 hours or at room
temperature in 4 hours.
We do NOT recommend heating the tenderloin. The beef has maximum flavor
when served at room temperature or slightly chilled.
How to Serve?
Cut thin slices perfect for Hors d'oeuvres or cut thicker slices to serve as an entree. Also great to slice up with a pinch of sea salt for the perfect snack. Will serve up to 10 adults.
